Project Description: Demolition of the existing single-story press box and construction of a new three-story, approximately 3,442 square foot press box facility. The new structure will include an elevator providing accessible access between levels and will be constructed at the same elevation and location as the existing press box. The improvements are integrated with the existing 1933 stadium facility and include associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, technology, and site improvements required for a complete and operational press box facility.
