The Port of Bellingham Waterfront District Redevelopment involves the long-term transformation of the former Georgia-Pacific industrial property in Bellingham. Following the exit of Irish developer Harcourt, the Port of Bellingham is seeking new development participation for the waterfront district. Plans have evolved from an early vision of approximately 2 million square feet of mixed-use development to a currently marketed buildout of roughly 500,000 square feet, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use components within the redeveloping waterfront area.
