Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of San Antonio is soliciting an offer to provide and install two new 4-ton mini split systems to handle the load of the building. Work will include installing two new condensers with a capacity of 48,000 BTU, run new copper lines to the indoor air handlers that will be installed in the rooms where no mini split exists at this time. The line sets on the exterior wall is to be ran inside a line hide cover, run all electrical circuits to all the indoor air handler as well as the condensers, run all the condensate lines to an indoor drain, perform the start-up and to ensure the systems are fully functional. Work will also include removing the shop heater on the second floor and safely cap off the gas line. Work to be done will be done in a manner to minimize any structural work.
