Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Provide and install a 100kw natural gas generator with concrete generator pad , ATS, ductbank, wire, and all other appurtenances necessary to provide a complete and working system. Remove and replace existing NEMA Size 2 motor starters with new Siemes 3RW40 soft starters. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid . The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder, which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Question Deadline 10/01/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
