Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The project consists of: Construction of a compact roundabout at the intersection of 36th Street West and Monad Road, including modifications to curb and gutter; mountable central and splitter islands; pedestrian ramps and sidewalk tie-ins; storm drain relocations, adjustments, or lateral extensions; street lighting; signage; pavement markings; boulevard restoration; and other associated improvements within the existing intersection limits.
