The majority of the work for the Hardware Ranch Visitor Center will be replacement of exterior siding. There will also be some interior framing, gypsum replacement, and flooring replacement. Electrical upgrades and lighting will also occur. There are also minor HVAC improvements to be made The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management ( DFCM ) is requesting bids from Stage II Prequalified General Contractors for Construction services for the following project. Contractors not prequalified through the Stage I Request for Statement of Qualifications process are not eligible to bid on this project. General maintenance and exterior finish update.
