Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT to provide professional design and engineering services to assess, design , engineer, and document the scope of work for a new one-story standalone safe room facility to be located at two separate land parcels within Lee County, Florida. Question Deadline 10/14/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted electronically Hand-delivered proposals shall be received in a sealed envelope, prior to the time scheduled to receive proposals, and shall be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as identified in these solicitation documents. The sealed proposals submitted are to be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office located at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 , and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation , skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, in conformance with solicitation documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
