General work description: The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting Bids (bid) for "Guadalupe Division - Guard House" (Project). Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform site, roadway, utility, security, access control, lighting, CCTV, barrier, and related improvements associated with the Guadalupe Division - Guard House including all demolition, installation, testing, coordination, restoration, and other incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional project in accordance with the Contract. Question Response Deadline:October 16, 2026, 2:00pm Questions submitted via online portal. Inquiries regarding this Request for Pre-Qualification shall be directed by e-mail to Kelly Tran at kelly.tran@vta.org. The estimated cost of construction for the Project is in the range of: Base Bid : $591,000.00 to $800,000.00, Base Bid + Option 1 : $ 1,380,000.00 to $ 1,850,000.00.
