Project Threshold : Project is greater than or equal to $1,000,000.00 (Technically Prequalified & Unlimited Audit required) District : 06 Selection Method : Letter of Response and Interview Plain Language Description : The Florida Department of Transportation (DEPARTMENT), District Six, desires professional services of a CONSULTANT to assist the District Six Planning and Environmental Management Office (PLEMO) in the performance of miscellaneous Environmental Data and Reporting support. The CONSULTANT shall provide professional expertise to coordinate, review, analyze, report, plan, develop, design, inspect transportation projects and any other miscellaneous tasks associated with the DEPARTMENT, other government agencies, consultants, and individuals on a Districtwide basis, as requested. The CONSULTANT is expected to introduce and maintain a team with a thorough understanding of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations and processes as they relate to transportation improvement projects, including NEPA Assignment and Statewide Environmental Project Tracker (SWEPT) database inputs and usage.
