Site work for a water / sewer project in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work Description and Site: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary for the installation of approximately 2,590 linear feet of twelve-inch ductile iron water main and associated fittings, 17 water services, three new fire hydrant assemblies and appurtenances, and one combination air vacuum release assembly. The project also includes installation of asphalt trench patching, asphalt restoration overlay, private asphalt, gravel driveway removal and restoration, erosion control, and landscape/surface restoration. The location of the work is on Sunnyside Blvd. near the City of Lake Stevens, in Snohomish County, Washington. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, excluding state and local sales tax.
