Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Saginaw Fire Department is requesting bids for the complete removal and replacement of the existing cedar shake siding/awning system at Fire Station #4. The project shall consist of approximately 1,600 square feet of existing cedar shake awning/siding being removed and replaced with a new 24-gauge concealed-fastener standing seam metal system . Two separate base bids are requested. The alternate is for replacement of the soffit and exterior recessed LED downlights.
