Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Latham, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Cured-in-place pipe lining services for underground sanitary sewer/water infrastructure. The Town of Colonie is soliciting bids to evaluate and rehabilitate public sanitary sewer mains and sewer laterals using Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining (CIPPL). The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, tools, labor, incidentals and services necessary for completion of the work. Groups C and D on the Bid Form included herein are specifically related to the rehabilitation of sewer pipe. Bid quantities provided are estimates and may vary from actual Task Order quantities. The Owner will make efforts to group work in a given task order together, however the close geographic proximity for all work within a task order cannot be guaranteed. It is the Town's intent to issue the first Task Order by April each year. Following issuance of a Task Order, the Contractor shall have three (3) months to complete the work once the Contractor has arrived on site. All work of the Task Order shall be complete by the end of the year unless an alternative schedule has been approved by the Owner Question Deadline 09/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFB shall be submitted to the Town in writing via email to purchasing@townofcolonie.gov.
