Installation of surf racks at Waikiki beach locations. Scope of Work Reconstruction of previously removed surfboard storage racks including, but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of existing light poles. 2. Selective demolition of existing flagstone walkway. 3. Inclusion of new concrete slab on grade. 4. Replacement of existing drinking fountain. 5.
