Renovation of a municipal facility in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish and install new Carrier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and complete all work necessary for a fully operational system at the Animal Control Building. The project consists of Remove two (2) existing Rupp make-up air units. Furnish and install two (2) new Carrier make-up air units. Remove one (1) existing 4-ton rooftop unit. Furnish and install one (1) Carrier 4-ton rooftop unit with economizer. Furnish curb adapters as required. Replace disconnects, gas piping, controls, thermostat, condensate drains, and associated accessories. Recover refrigerant per EPA requirements.
