Installation of cooling systems for the dry lab in the CRI Building. Supply all labour, supervision, materials and installation required to complete Dry Lab Cooling upgrades including installation of owner-supplied Mitsubishi VRF/heat pump equipment, indoor fan coils, BC controllers, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, low-voltage controls, BACnet integration, power connections, roof penetrations, commissioning, testing and balancing. Equipment has been pre-purchased by UNB. This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete this project: .1 Dry Lab Cooling CRI Building University of New Brunswick Saint John, NB Project No. J565879 .2 Contract Method: Lump Sum .2 The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following (see Drawings and Specifications - 00 85 00 for more information): .1 Install UNB supplier VRF System in accordance with drawings and specifications.
