Renovation of a military facility in Arlington, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor support is required for architecture and engineering services for the DARPA Modernization Project. Services will be procured using qualification-based selection procedures in accordance with the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C. Chapter 11), FAR Subpart 36.6, and applicable DFARS requirements. The requirement is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested firms are required to review the notice and all attachments and submit a completed SF 330 demonstrating their qualifications to perform the required architect-engineer services. Cost proposals and price quotations are not requested or accepted at this stage. The anticipated period of performance for this statement of objectives is 16 months from date of award. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
