Site work for a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Work includes but is not limited to: installation, integration, coordination, testing, and commissioning of 40th Street Substation just south-east of the trolley portal to support the dc traction power system serving the five Subway Surface Trolley Lines and construct new manholes and underground duct banks that will provide 630 V dc traction power feeder connections between the existing Market Street #4 and Woodland Avenue #22 substations The contract duration is 863 calendar days from the notice to proceed. All questions must be submitted by Thursday 1st October 2026 at 12 pm (noon) to be guaranteed a response. via email to dbrown@septa.org. Please be sure to reference the sealed bid # and project name in the subject line of your RFI emails. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA.
