Repairs to multiple boilers across University of Tennessee Health Sciences buildings. The Work sequence required , if any, is provided below. 1. Reroute Gas, steam, and chemical treatment pipe serving the existing rental boiler. 2. Temporarily remove existing combustion air louver, damper, and duct work to bring new boiler into the building. 3. Temporarily remove VFD near combustion air louver to bring new boiler into the building. 4. Remove existing boiler SB- 1 and install new boiler SB-1 . 5. reinstall VFD, combustion air louver, damper, and ductwork. 6. Connect steam, gas, fuel oil , feed water, and blowdown pipe to new boiler. 8. Connect boiler to existing flue stack. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
