Construction includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork preparation, excavation and stockpiling of existing material, construction of perimeter and interior berm raise, partial interior berm demolition, vegetation establishment to stabilize the embankment, demolition of existing steel-framed drop-outlet structure and pass through structures along with, associated concrete foundation, walkway, and platform, and construction of a new drop-outlet structure.
