The Existing Andover Town Hall Building Includes: 1- the Remaining First Floor Shall Be Fully Sprinklered. 2- Reconfiguration of Building, Development and Planning Offices 3- Update the Access to Meet Ada Requirements, Installation of New Lighting and Finish Upgrades. 4- Renovation of the Small Conference Meeting Room. 5- Update the Remaining First Floor Corridor to Receive New Flooring Finishes, New Wall Wainscotting and New Lighting Fixtures, Throughout. 6- Relocation of the Reception Desks & an Added Self-Service Kiosk for Public Users 7- Install New Fire-Rated Double Doors, (2) Department Alum. Storefront Doors 8- Update F.a. Devices at CD&p Dept, Elec. Room, and Storage Spaces. 9- Sprinkler Expansion on the North Wing of Building/ Partial of First Floor. 10- Installation of New FP & F.a. Devices, Gc to Extend Fire Protection System to Cover the Department Offices.
