RFB-15076-0-2026/TLJ Removal and reinstallation of photovoltaic (PV) system at Tenney Pavillon. The City of Madison is looking for a solar contractor to remove and reinstall a roof mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the Tenney Park Pavilion (402 N Thornton Ave, Madison , WI 53703). The PV system was originally installed in 2023 and construction documents for the system are included in Exhibit A. The pavilion's shingle roof is being replaced, and the PV system needs to be removed so a roofing contractor (not included in this contract) can perform their work. After the roofing contractor is complete, the solar contractor shall reinstall the PV system. There are 10 hail damaged modules that need to be replaced as part of the reinstallation. The City will provide replacement modules. Contractor shall remove and recycle all damaged modules. After system is reinstalled and damaged modules are replaced, contractor shall test system operation. City will provide access to online monitoring sites for testing system.
