Building Construction including, but not limited to renovation of 20,235 +/- sq ft building as a new Community Building for Nash County, to include all exterior scope, interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. A 515 sqft addition for a new reception area to service the existing buildings. SitePreparation including, but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalk(s), landscaping and permanent seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bids from qualified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) are encouraged. Nash County has a goal of 10 (10%) for MBE/WBE.
