Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Design-build services are required for Project No. 662-27-113, Building 40 Impact Completion Items at the VA San Francisco Health Care System. The selected contractor will be responsible for both the design and construction of the project, including preparation of Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), and Construction Period Services (CPS) necessary to complete the work. The project requires a multidisciplinary design team with expertise in architectural, civil, interior design, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety, sustainability, security, IT/data, construction cost estimating, signage and way-finding, landscaping, and geotechnical engineering. The prime contractor must be a licensed or registered professional firm capable of providing all required design and construction services under a single firm-fixed-price design-build contract. Location: VA San Francisco Health Care System, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
