Install new exhaust system and adapt to the current wiring networks. Replace expansion Tank, Air scoop (micro bubbler), water feeder, backflow preventer. Install new ball valves to any suspect leaking valves Install new manual reset high limit control and low water cutoff as well as any parts or controls that need to be replaced at the time of the install. Add manufactures recommended anti-freeze in the new system to withstand Outdoor temperatures of -10 degrees Fahrenheit but not exceed total volume of system of 30%. Contractor shall take care to cause no damage to the house while moving materials in and out. At no time can tools, fittings etc. be left unattended because the safety of the individuals we serve is the highest priority. Installation and Service Certificate to be completely filled out upon commissioning and sent to the project supervisor via e-mail. O & M Manual(s) shall be left on site, with the house manager. Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer's instructions, and follow industry best practices.
