Installation of fencing at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park. Remove and replace existing fencing. Retain exiting gates to be reinstalled with new fencing Retain sections of undamaged existing fence (not posts) for future reuse by city TBD New fencing specifications 60" Aluminum Ornamental Fence - 4 Rail - Classic - Black Furnish and install panels (60" hx 8'w) of 60" aluminum ornamental fence as indicated on site map. Fence is to include 3" aluminum posts with flat caps. Panels will be Industrial Grade with 1" pickets. Posts to be set in concrete Existing gates to be reinstalled 42" Aluminum Ornamental Fence - 3 Rail - Classic - Black Furnish and install panels (42" hx 8'w) of 42" aluminum ornamental fence as indicated on site map. Fence is to include 2 1/2" aluminum posts with flat caps. Panels will be Industrial Grade with 1" pickets. Post will be set in concrete. Contractor to design and propose 2 new gates as indicated on the site plan. One at the north end near the Westover bridge as a rolling style 42" closure One pair of swing gates at the south end along the river to close the 2 new sections of 42" fence. Swing Gates will have a lockable drop rod and can be locked in a closed or open position. Slide Gate may latch to a swing gate or other as designed if needed and must lock when both gates are open or closed Question Deadline 10/09/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
