Plan, design, and construct a secure bike parking facility including bike racks, lighting, and shelter signage with a capacity of 60 to 75 bikes. The City is looking for secure bike parking solutions that will accommodate diverse vehicle types to address the growing and evolving market of micromobility options (e.g., traditional two-wheel bike, children's bike, e-bike, tricycle, cargo bike, e-scooter). The secure bike parking structure and materials used should be designed for long life, low maintenance, and easy replacement and repair. The parking structure must be finished so that it prevents weathering and deterioration, including from rain , sun , and snow. The structure should include interior lighting for morning/evening use. The City will be responsible for site lighting.
