Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal and installation of a new roof system on the Jackson State Office Building. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof systems. All areas are to be demolished down to the existing metal/concrete roof deck and replaced with new 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane over 2 layers of 2.2" rigid insulation & _" cover board. Tapered insulation shall be used at all drainage crickets & saddles & around the existing RTU. Masonry Repairs & through wall flashings under existing stone copings at parapets to be installed as noted. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
