Scope of Work or Project Details 1. MECHANICAL: Install a new matching HVAC system, to include the condenser and handler as per the Escambia County Building Code. Repair/Replace the existing ductwork as needed. Repair/Replace the return air grill/registers. It is to be a removable filter with a new filter installed . This unit must meet state energy efficiency rating guidelines. Install a new digital thermostat control . Mechanical Contractor to provide NED with a Manual J to support unit size installed . Correct any issues with the HVAC closet 2. SEWER TIE IN: Replace the septic system and tie into the county sewer line. This is to be as per the Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulations and the Escambia County Building Code. The septic tank is to be decommissioned and filled in. All damage to the yard, created by men and equipment is to be restored and filled to the original grade with topsoil . These graded areas are to be uniform and in a smooth condition. Apply grass seed and straw for stabilization. If it is necessary to remove any part of the fence or landscaping, it is also to be restored to its original condition prior to the beginning of said repairs. Tiein all drains to the new system and the contractor is to return one time after the completion of said work and during the warranty period to repair any areas that have settled.
