Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is soliciting Bids for the replacement of the LVMPD Headquarters, Building A HVAC Systems. This is for work which may consist of repairing, rebuilding, relocating, replacing, constructing or reconstruction which cannot be performed by extending the Bid Line Items and which are not shown on the plans, or not otherwise covered in the Technical Specifications, Drawings, or Special Provisions. Contractor shall submit in writing a cost breakdown to include labor, materials required and time to complete to the Construction Manager for review with the Project's design professional . This work shall not be performed until the Contractor is instructed to proceed by the Construction manager in writing. The Contractor and the construction management inspector will keep strict account of all costs involved with this Line Item. All questions and/or requests for clarification of the Bid Documents MUST be submitted through Online Question Deadline 10/18/2026 at 12:00 PM PT
