For all questions or inquiries about this project, please contact: Brad Prater, bap0036@auburn.edu; (334) 734-0969 Project No - 132761 The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Scope of work includes hazardous material abatement and demolition of Parker Hall (~90,000 SF), demolition of other surface structures (retaining walls, pavement, trees and other vegetation), subsurface demolition of existing underground utilities (storm , sanitary, water, mechanical , electrical, telecom), mass grading and excavation, new underground utilities (storm, sanitary, electrical), new pavement and retaining walls, new landscape and irrigation The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on October 15, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. CST at Facilities Management Building 1 , Training Room A, 1161 West Samford Avenue, Auburn University, AL 36849. A tour of the building and site will follow. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project.
