Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arnold, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: Reconstruction of Pomme Road from Lonedell Road to just east of Rockview Lane, including new concrete pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, private entrances, retaining walls, storm sewers and inlets, signing and striping and other miscellaneous work as required to complete the Project. For a contractor to be awarded this project the contractor must have a fully responsive contractor questionnaire on file with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission at least 7 days prior to the bid opening date. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the 2026 Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. No Second Tier Subcontracting will be allowed. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Lowest, Responsive, Responsible Bidder. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the Owner With Modots Consent MO DOT - Pomme Road Improvements
