Installation of new playground equipment at Arrowhead Park.QUESTIONS DUE:10/19/2026 Project is located at 989 State Rd, Cheraw, SC 29520. The property is owned by the Town of Cheraw. The project involves developing a custom playground configuration for age groups 2 to 5 and 5 to 12 and is fully compliant with ASTM F1487 and CPSC playground safety standards to cover an approximate area of 100' 3'x41 5" linear footage. Contractor will provide necessary closure signs, safety fencing, and secure the site when work is not being performed. Waste is to be controlled daily and contained in a contractor supplied container or truck. Bids must show the quantity and cost of each line item. Lump sum bids and/or bid items that are not specifically identified or are generally grouped as "miscellaneous" or "contingency/allowances" are not allowed.
