Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bemidji, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
The Gym Renovation project at Bemidji State University will be a phased project (Time & Money will dictate phasing) with the following key features: Removal and installation of new Gym flooring. _ Removal and installation of new bleachers. _ Built out of new storage area on southwest and southeast corner of gym. _ Painting of all interior gym walls and doors _ _ New railing system at west and east mezzanine. New ADA lifts at both concourse gym entry doors _ New Fire Protection system if required by code _ New sound baffles as required _ New scoreboard _ New electrical and data for mass communication area and scoring table. _ New ticket booth in concourse at main entrance New VIP viewing room. New windows in adjacent classrooms to see into gym area. Renovate / upgrade classroom area. The design firm is in the process of being selected and anticipating having them under contract by 10/9/26. Owner's budgeted Guaranteed Maximum Price is $2,500,000.00.
