The services include preparation of a substructure foundation study and stabilization recommendations for a cut stone pier on the Walhonding River in Coshocton County. Coshocton County plans to pursue funding for construction of a pedestrian bridge to the pier in the future and wants to be sure the 100+ year old pier is suitable for this use. Project will require historic research and geotechnical study to determine pier foundation. Study will also address countermeasures needed to stabilize or protect the pier from future scour or differential settlement. Pier is located at Skip’s Landing near County Road 1A in the Walhonding River. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant.
