Augusta Technical College is undertaking a transformative initiative to develop a state-of-the-art Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Technology Building on its Columbia County campus Envisioned as approximately 40,000 gross square feet, the facility will house advanced manufacturing and engineering programs and serve as a cornerstone of the Colleges efforts to address the rapidly growing workforce needs of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). The building will position Augusta Technical College to expand its impact in advanced manufacturing education and prepare students for careers in an evolving, technology-driven industry Project Delivery Method: The delivery method for this Project will be construction manager at-risk (CM/GC), and, at a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent, in addition to the services of a CM/GC.
