Replacement of existing diffused aeration system in aeration tanks including demolition of drop legs and system components, installation of new piping and isolation valves, installation of new diffused aeration grid and diffusers with structural supports, grouting of pipe penetrations at baffle walls, concrete interior repairs including spall/crack repair and joint material replacement, and repair of anchor points. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Set-asides: 3% MBE, 5% WBE. Question Deadline 10/15/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Owner in writing directly on the City's bid platform . Perform demolition of existing aeration tank pipe drop leg (s) and existing diffused aeration system components in all aeration tanks, as shown on the Drawings. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement of drop leg(s) piping and installation of new isolation valves in both Aeration Tank Nos. 1 and No. 2 to provide diffused aeration grid on either side of baffle wall. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the replacement of drop leg(s) piping in Aeration Tank Nos. 3 through 6.
