The County seeks to retain one Contractor to provide bus stop amenities including XX new threesided bus shelters, XX new canopy bus shelters, XX new pole-mounted bus stop seats. Administrative Office Grounds 1. CobbLinc (800 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta GA, 30060) Cobb County operates a public transit system known as CobbLinc. CobbLinc currently has six hundred and twenty six (626) bus stops which are serviced by two hundred (200) bus shelters and two hundred twenty two (227) benches to provide relief to patrons waiting at the bus stop. The Bus Stop & Amenities Manual proposes the following distribution of amenities (with an added 10 perc cent contingency buffer): Pole-Mounted Seats: 140 Benches (three-paneled): 125 Note: This value is inclusive of benches included with shelters Shelters: 60 Standalone Advertising Boards: 10 O To be utilized at Transit Center Stops Waste Receptacles: 300 Pole-Mounted Solar LED Lighting: 205 The goal is to replace the existing shelters and benches within the CobbLinc system with new updated amenities.
