Server upgrade for the Traffic Management Center including power and floor dimension planning for equipment installation. The City of Edmond (COE), Oklahoma is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive server to support its traffic management operations. The server will primarily run video wall software and must meet both current and future operational needs. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing services in accordance with the scope of services outlined in the proposal. Services Scope: The vendor will supply, configure, and support a new server capable of running video wall software, processing multiple video streams, supporting current and future monitor configurations, integrating NinjaOne and Microsoft Teams, and meeting Windows 11 requirements. The services will include hardware procurement, software configuration, installation, testing, documentation, and maintenance coverage. COE currently uses Jupiter Canvas as its primary video wall management software. The proposed TMC server must fully support Canvas and meet all associated software and hardware requirements. COE is open to evaluating alternative video wall management platforms that may offer improved performance, reliability, and scalability. COE is seeking proposals that include hardware maintenance coverage, with a clearly defined yearly maintenance cost alongside details on what services are included for maintenance.
