All questions and requests for Interpretation (RFIs) regarding this bid must be made in writing and e-mailed to Jarrod Cox, Facilities and Energy Manager, City of New Britain, at Jarrod.cox@newbritianct.gov by October 19, 2026. All RFIs will be answered via Addenda posted to the City of New Britain website no later than end of day October 14, 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear.
