Construction of a new roadway extension including water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer system, detention pond, multi-use path, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement, plus associated grading, erosion control, and restoration. Bonds: Performance Bond required (unspecified amount). The project consists of extending the existing Midwest Court roadway eastward to a new dedicated right-of-way for Mardic Drive. The proposed Mardic Drive will extend south from County Road 99 and connect to the Midwest Court extension, providing a continuous roadway connection. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of approximately 8-inch water main, 8-inch sanitary sewer, storm sewer system, detention pond, multi-use path, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement. Additional work includes grading, erosion and sediment control, utility coordination, restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The 2023 Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Materials Specifications shall be followed. Required modifications to the ODOT specifications are noted herein.
