Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 12,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project Description: IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the complete demolition of IPTC's C Buildings, located at 9503 E 33rd Street in Indianapolis . Work includes demolition of both the C- 1 & C-2 buildings, which are connected by a breezeway. C- 1 is an 11,200sq ft single story building. C-2 is two stories with 6,000 sq ft per floor. No abatement will be required for either facility. Scope includes disconnection and capping of water and electrical utilities, demolition of connected breezeway, removal of building awnings, site sidewalk demolition, and site seeding.
