Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project location is Water Station 29 at 410 North 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Oshtemo Township, Kalamazoo County. All work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications including, but not limited to: civil/sitework, building modifications and addition, roof replacement, mechanical, plumbing, process, electrical, and instrumentation work. This includes the installation of a permanent pad-mounted natural gas generator and process work to include add chlorine gas process feed. The bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work.
