The City of Sebastian is requesting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors to complete Server room modifications and installation of a new HVAC system per the engineered drawings. Question Deadline 10/23/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Location : online portal A Bid Bond is required. The Bid Bond shall be submitted using either Method 1 (Paper Bid Bond) or Method 2 (eBond) outlined below. Failure to submit the required bid bond in accordance with the instructions in Section 1.2.1 before the bid due date and time will result in the bid submittal being marked non-responsive. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The City reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the City of Sebastian, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The City reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis, on a line-by-line basis, or on a per lot/building basis. The City also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any minor irregularity or technicality. Prices quoted must be valid for ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
