SCOPE AND INTENT The Trinity River Authority of Texas (Authority) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors with experience in mechanical and hydraulic dredging. The dredging services will take place at the Authority's Tigerville Boat Ramp located off of FM 3126 just south of its intersection with FM 3277, Livingston, Texas 77351. The Project consists of removing approximately 3,224 cubic yards (CY) of accumulated sediment from designated dredging areas within the boat ramp basin. Work includes, but is not limited to: mechanical dredging or hydraulic dredging, transport and placement of dredged material within the designated upland placement area, dewatering, debris removal, pre- and post-dredge hydrographic surveys, erosion and sediment control measures, and all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental work necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, drawings, permits, and applicable regulatory requirements.
