Reference Number 0000333178 Campus Wide Mechanical Insulation Improvements at the University of Guelph. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: a) Conduct site audits of mechanical rooms in coordination with a University representative to identify, assess and confirm insulation requiring replacement. b) Following each audit, submit a quotation to complete the insulation replacement based on the agreed-upon scope. c) Supply and install all insulation materials as agreed upon with the University, in accordance with University of Guelph Design and Construction Standards. d) Provide biweekly progress reports to the University detailing the mechanical rooms audited, the insulation work completed and any outstanding items requiring attention. e) Supply all necessary documentation to support applications for utility or government incentive programs related to the insulation work. An example of the required documentation is included in Appendix D (Enbridge Pipe Insulation Incentive Form ). f) Insulation specifications, including material requirements and required shop drawings, are provided in Appendix E.
