Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bloomington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project consists of complete demolition of existing buildings located at 414, 422 and 432 S. College Avenue and 222 W. Second Street in Bloomington Indiana. Bidder is to inlcude all aspects of this project in their bids including, but not limited to the following: Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Finish Grading, turfs and grasses and any utility work where noted on the drawings. A Bid Bond is not required. However, a Payment & Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total bid will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Owner may consider a bid to be incomplete if it does not provide the required documentation as described in this Notice. The Base Bid may be held for a period not to exceed sixty days before awarding Contracts. All Alternate Bids may be held for a period not to exceed ninety days before award and incorporation into the contract by proper Change Directive. QA date - 10-6-2026 All RFIs are due 5 business days prior to the bid due date. Submit all questions to scottt@weddlebros.com.
