SCOPE OF WORK: This project includes upgrading pedestrian walkway and bike path in order to meet accessibility requirements. The scope of work includes the construction of an accessible pedestrian walkway from the sidewalk along Sunset Cliff Blvd to Ocean Beach Athletic Area Robb Field, construction of a bike path to replace existing non code compliant ramp, construction of accessible path to extend existing Ocean Beach Gateway Park Path to Ocean Beach Athletic Area Robb Field, new pedestrian lighting, new drinking fountain, and irrigation, landscaping, and drainage improvements. 1.1 .
