Removal and replacement of public sidewalks and all other necessary related work for the year 2027. The Contractor should note that this work will be at various locations throughout the Village and each location will include the following minimum items. _ Combination Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement, M-4.12 (Special) 10 ft. _ PCC Driveway Removal and Replacement 7" 5 SY The Contractor has ten (10) Business Days to complete each location, once the Contractor receives a list of sites for work that needs to be performed. If the work is not completed within 10 Business Days, the Contractor will be subject to a $250 deduction of pay per calendar day per site. Failure to call-in J.U.L.I.E. locates will not exclude the Contractor from the 10-day requirement. It is the contractor's responsibility to notify the Village when work will begin. This can be done by emailing the Street Division Crew Chief a list of addresses and start dates. Contractor shall provide a routing map listing all locations in chronological order.
