Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and development.
The City of Wyoming is requesting bid proposals for the replacement of the irrigation systems for three ballfields at Lemery Park, located at 4050 Byron Center SW, Wyoming, MI 49509. The project includes installation of new automatic underground sprinkler systems. Note: The hydraulic systems on the two smaller fields will be removed and replaced with a system identical to the large field, utilizing a single controller two (2) wire system for all three fields. See attached diagram. A lump sum bid price must be submitted for performing the work specified in the specifications as a turnkey project. If any items, accessories, or groups of items required to perform the work are not specifically indicated in the plans and specifications, it will be the successful bidders’ responsibility to furnish those items, accessories, or groups of items, and include them in the lump sum bid price submitted. The contractor shall obtain, at its own expense, all necessary permits, inspections, testing, and any associated fees required for the project.
