Replacement of approximately 11,000 linear feet of existing 10-inch potable water transmission pipeline with new 12-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP), including tie-ins to the existing transmission/distribution system at both ends of the replacement segment, a temporary bypass system to maintain water supply to services during construction, and connections to existing service connections, mainline branches, and hydrants along the alignment.
